I was expecting some annoying back-and-forth, but nope, the person was nice and fixed the small issue right away. it was kind of impressive. Also, I formally acknowledge that the support was better than expected, haha

With my luck I was half expecting something to be wrong, because that’s usually how it goes for me. But the shoes showed up and they were the real deal. No issues, no weird surprises, which was actually a relief.

I ordered from insane.com.mx the packaging was better than I expected. The box showed up in great shape, with no dents or smashed corners, and everything inside was wrapped up properly (which is always a relief).
Nothing was sliding around during shipping, and the product arrived clean with no leaks or damage. It’s a small thing, but I really appreciate when a store takes the time to pack an order carefully.

"Honestly, they saved me when nobody else had it"
I was seriously losing my mind trying to find this product anywhere, and then Insane actually had it. Like, thank goodness! A few sizes and colors were missing, which was a little heartbreaking, but overall the stock was way better than most other places I checked. I’d definitely look here again before wasting my time hunting everywhere else.

"Honestly impressed"
I bought this from insane.com.mx and I’m actually really happy with it. The quality ended up being better than I expected, and the material feels solid in person. It also looks just like the photos, which was a nice surprise. There was one small detail in the finish, but it’s nothing major and doesn’t really bother me. Overall, I’m pleased with it and would definitely buy again

"Pretty quick checkout experience"
I ordered from Insane and, the checkout was easy. The page loaded without any issues, the payment options were clear, and I didn’t have to keep re-entering my info like I’ve had to do on some other sites.

I got the confirmation email right after paying, which was nice. Overall, nothing felt confusing or annoying, just a smooth checkout process. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I’ll admit I was a bit unsure at first because the updates sounded kind of vague, but the refund did come through in the end. It just took a few days longer than I expected. Overall, it worked out fine, just not the fastest process

"Everything showed up right, just updates were a little slow"
I placed my order on insane.com.mx earlier in the week, and a few days later it arrived with the correct items and sizes. The packaging was fine too, nothing damaged or weird. The only thing I noticed was that the update emails didn’t come through as quickly as I expected, so for a day or two I wasn’t totally sure where things stood. But in the end, the order arrived without any real issues. I’d order from them again.
